Refund policy

All returns must be made within 10 days from the delivery date, or your item cannot be refunded.  Returns will not be accepted without tags, any damages, odor, or markings. Cannot be washed. Refunded through store credit only with shipping cost deducted. items marked as final sale are not eligible for a refund. 

Items cannot be put on hold under any circumstances. Items are not able to be cancelled once processed through our system. Must be cancelled within one hour of purchase.
